Quad Strain - Rehab Plans
Early Stage
​
It is important that during the early stage you are giving the muscle sufficient time to recover, this will mean stopping your activity, during this time there is nothing stopping you from strength training on the upper body.

Later Stage
​
Now it is time to start building some strength in the muscle again, it is worth considering that muscles to work together so if you have a weak quad and a strong hamstring, the quad is likely to get strained, so consider strengthening weaker areas to prevent injury. In the link below there are some exercises you could consider to help your rehabilitation.
